How to condition gladioli like a professional & tips to get them open fast

How do I get Gladioli to open fast?

• Snap the bent part of the unopened blooms not showing colour, this will encourage the lower blooms to open

• Cut a good 10 to 20cm off the stems and place in a bucket of fresh water containing flower food.

• Remove excess foliage and place in a bright warm room.
